Discrimination Lawsuit Filed Against AA

A Korean pastor is suing American Airlines, claiming he was bumped from a flight last year because of his race. The 75-year-old says a gate agent stopped him while he was in line and allowed “5-7 white passengers” behind him to board. Though the carrier provided him with a voucher, the man said he plans to sue for approximately $6 million.
