Delta Leads in On-Time Ratings

Although airlines are running later on-average than this time last year, government figures from February show that Delta Air Lines has the fewest canceled flights and best on-time rating of any domestic airline. Virgin America, which was absorbed by Alaska Airlines, placed last in the same categories. It is notable that the figures predate Delta’s stats from the system meltdown that caused major cancellations earlier this month, and which might have significantly affected the ratings.
