Berlin Ground Staff Dispute to Reach Conclusion

According to ver.di, the union representing the ground staff serving at Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL) and Berlin Schoenefeld Airport (SXF), an agreement has been reached in the pay dispute at the heart of the recent strikes by ground staff. The ver.di spokesperson explained that the three-year deal would see a significant wage increase throughout four stages, running all the way through 2019.
