BA Future Could See Consolidation of Premium & Budget Services

Touching upon the future of British Airways’ business plan, airline chairman Alex Cruz said in an interview Sunday that premium services could one day be paired onto one plane with budget offerings – not unlike first class in the front, economy class in the back. Cruz’s statement comes after recent unfortunate happenings for the airline, including a massive IT failure and a strike action.

Haha, currently even their First class looks almost like a budget product if you compare it with quality airlines like Emirates or Qantas. So- not much will change most likely! :-)
