American Airlines Commemorates Black History Month

The Tuskeegee Airmen

To mark Black History Month, American Airlines has made a documentary about the Tuskegee Airmen available on all flights that include in-flight entertainment. The Luft Gangster: Memoirs of a Second Class Hero documents the life of a Tuskegee Airman who was a prisoner of war during World War II. American Airlines also held a screening of the film at their headquarters, and several Tuskegee Airmen spoke to students in Fort Worth about discrimination, military service and aviation.
