“High Numbers” of Air Berlin’s Pilots “Call in Sick” Canceling Over 70 Flights

Embattled carrier Air Berlin has canceled over 70 flights due to strangely high numbers of pilots reporting ill health. The airline filed for bankruptcy last month, and the cancellations are available to view on the carrier’s website.
No cause has yet been made publicly available regarding the sudden illness of apparently dozens of pilots.
