Actor Jailed for Aggressive Behavior Toward TSA

Judge Reinhold, star of Beverly Hills Cop, has been released from jail after an altercation occurred at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) when he refused to be searched by Transportation Security Agents (TSA) Thursday. Reinhold was halted when his bag set off an alarm at a security checkpoint; he then rejected a patdown. The actor has since apologized, claiming an antibiotic he had recently been prescribed led to the behavior that earned him a charge of disorderly conduct.

A citizen has every right to object and voice opinion to any agent of government and that includes police or TSA. No version of the story I've found documents his being abusive. A TSA Dragon called over supervisors and made a big deal when a woman objected verbally by simply saying she "thought this was a free country" when being fondled at Buffalo airport. One isn't subject to arrest for expressing disapproval or dislike of the TSA process.
