AA Flight Clipped by United Plane Wing at JFK

On Wednesday, an aircraft operated by United Airlines accidentally clipped an American Airlines flight with the tip of its wing after the American Airlines flight arrived from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The American Airlines flight was waiting to taxi to the gate at the time of the incident. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident, and passengers aboard the United plane were rebooked for another flight to Houston.

Actually, the real issue was probably Mr. Boyd, as he probably should have known that United doesn't fly into JFK.

I think the incident occurred in Austin with an inbound JFK AA flight and a Houston bound UA flight.
